Manufacturing at Panipat
We are a manufacturer, not a trading house. Printing, finishing and packing run under our own supervision at Jatal Road, VPO Sutana — which is what lets us take on buyer-specific development without pushing lead times out.
Inside the Panipat cluster
Panipat is India’s established centre for blankets and home textiles. That concentration matters commercially: yarn, processing, accessories and skilled labour are all locally available, so a development sample does not wait on material moving between cities.
Our unit sits inside that cluster. For a buyer, the practical consequence is shorter development cycles and the ability to react when a market moves mid-season.

How an order runs
From enquiry to dispatch, the sequence a buyer’s order moves through.
01 — Specification
Weight, design, colour, width and quantity are confirmed against your market and price point.
02 — Development
Design artwork and shade references are prepared and approved before any bulk fabric is committed.
03 — Printing
Approved designs are printed onto the specified fleece construction in our own unit.
04 — Finishing
Brushing and finishing set the hand feel and loft — the stage that decides how the blanket actually performs.
05 — Inspection
Fabric is checked for print registration, shade consistency and finish before it is cut.
06 — Packing & dispatch
Cut, folded and packed to the agreed presentation, including buyer labelling where specified.

What we check, and why
Print registration
Misregistration on a repeating check or plaid is visible from across a room. It is checked on the machine, not after cutting.
Shade consistency
Shade is confirmed across the run so a repeat order matches the first delivery.
Weight conformance
Fabric weight is verified against the specified GSM within agreed tolerance.
Hand feel & loft
Finishing is assessed for the softness and loft the construction was specified to deliver.
Width & dimensions
Usable width is confirmed — critical for the 88-inch Dohar constructions.
Packing presentation
Fold, pack and labelling checked against the agreed presentation before dispatch.
